Returns and refunds policy

1. The goods are delivered in a sealed package. A Customer who is a Consumer and has concluded a Sales Agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason, if the packaging of the goods has not been opened after delivery.

2. The period for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement begins from the moment the Consumer or a third party indicated by him takes possession of the Goods.

3. The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement by informing the Store of his decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement, for example sent in writing to the address or via e-mail to the Seller's address provided in the Contact Details.

4. The Customer may use the template form, but this is not obligatory. The Customer may also fill in and send
a scan of the form or any other unequivocal statement via e-mail to the Seller's address provided in the Contact Details. In the event that the Customer submits a statement of withdrawal electronically, the Seller shall immediately send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of this statement on a durable medium.
6. To meet the deadline specified in paragraph 1, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal before its expiry.

7. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is considered not to have been concluded.

8. If the Consumer has submitted a declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement before the Seller has accepted their offer, the offer ceases to be binding.

9. The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, return the payments made by them, except for the cost of delivering the Goods. The Seller may withhold the return of payments received from the Consumer until the Goods are received back, depending on which event occurs first. The Seller shall return the payments using the same method of payment that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer has expressly
agreed to another method of return that does not involve any costs for them. 10. If the Consumer exercising the right of withdrawal has chosen a method of delivery of the Goods other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to refund the Consumer the additional costs incurred by him.

11. The Consumer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Sales Agreement. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the Goods before it expires.

12. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the Customer who is a Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.
